Pilates Defined Barre

Total Barre™ is a dynamic and fun class that combines elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, cardio and strength training choreographed to music.  Total Barre emphasizes the correct biomechanics of movement to increase flexibility, strength and stability. Total Barre workouts are done at the ballet barre using balls, bands, and small weights.  Instructor Kathryn Murphy is a Total Barre™ Qualified with many years of dance training and is excited to offer Total Barre at Pilates Defined. Total Barre is designed for everyone and no prior dance experience is required. If you are unable to join in the class, Kathryn is available for individual Barre lessons.


Group Class Pricing
(can be combined with Mat Classes)

  • Single Session – $15.00 plus tax
  • Package of 10 (expires in 5 months) – $140.00 plus tax
  • Package of 20 (expires in 8 months) – $260.00 plus tax
