Pilates Defined Instructor & Movement Educator
Pilates Defined is for you if:
Care more about helping clients live their best lives than helping them chase a "look."
Teach from function and foundation, pairing real education with intuition.
Light up when you work with beginners, mixed-level clients, older adults, and people recovering from injuries or working through pain, and you can adapt a session to each person's goals and quirks.
Believe the relationship is sacred. Our clients stay with their teachers for years, and you'll love being the person they trust with their bodies and brains.
Welcome feedback, drool over good mentorship, and want to grow inside an established, branded process.
Want a flexible schedule with a healthy dose of structure, and can offer consistency.
Show up reliably, communicate clearly, and follow through on time, every time.
Are comfortable with the client-care side of the job: checking clients in, noticing when a package or membership is up for renewal, and suggesting sessions that will genuinely help them reach their goals.
Have at least one year of Pilates teaching experience and comprehensive certification / completed training on Reformer plus at least one other apparatus
Pilates Defined is NOT for you if:
Are certified only in Matwork, or haven't yet completed your apparatus training
Want to teach primarily high-intensity or fitness-focused classes.
Would prefer not to work with older adults, beginners, or clients recovering from injuries.
Prefer to teach strictly your own method rather than grow within our framework.
Have a schedule that changes week to week and can't commit to regular shifts.
Struggle with punctuality or timely follow-up. Our teachers arrive 10 minutes early and greet every client at the door.
Would rather not handle the small details that keep a studio humming: sanitizing equipment after each session, tracking client packages, and logging your teaching time.
Can't commit to a minimum of one year of teaching.
Schedule & Availability Needs
Pilates Defined offers healing, nourishing movement for humans in their 2nd and 3rd acts of life.
We help clients dial down pain and become their body's best expert.

Evenings: 5 pm - 7 pm on Mondays and Thursdays.

Instructors assist with class setup and reset equipment and props after sessions.
